'Vang de Watermonsters' (Catch the water monsters) is a citizens science project that enabled people to not only learn about the current state of the Dutch waters but also to become part of the solution. The activation is created around the ‘Watermonster Meetkit’. A do-it-yourself science kit that everyone can use to test the water in their neighborhood. The kit comes with an illustrated fable-book about a little fish that is in search of clean water. ‘Gup’ the fish meets different water monsters on its way. Each monster represents a serious polluter.
